Long-time Trekkie, first time guest of Holodeck Follies, comedian Meg MacKay joins the show.

She is the host of the monthly Reverse Late Nite at Comedy Bar.
Elizabeth Rose Morriss returns to the show with more Star Trek parodies.
Elizabeth Rose Morriss is a singer and actor, described by Crew Magazine as a “stand-out [with] strong vocals, an endearing presence, and a classic musical theatre charm.” She delights audiences with her crystal clear soprano, and fascinates them with her passion for finding the obscure and forgotten gems of musical theatre. Elizabeth is an expressive and detailed performer, delivering the lyrics, character, and story of each song with engaging clarity.
The evening concludes with a Star Trek episode made up on the spot from The Dandies and friends:
- Hardcore ST:TOS fan Joshua Barbeau (Artistic Director of Fandom Musical) joins us for the first time
- Tracy Rowland (WinProv) returns as our Bajoran medical officer
- Chris Casselman returns as the winsome Wesley Pincher
- Andrew Loay (The 404s) joins us as guest musical director
Be prepared to laugh long and prosper!
About Holodeck Follies (by Elizabeth Rose Morriss)
In their monthly Holodeck Follies show, The Dandies bring to the table Star trek knowledge to please the most dedicated Trekkie, and improv funny and witty enough to still engage those who are new to Star Trek. They play original characters of their own creation, with clear roots in the Star Trek franchise (names include Lieutenant Boohoora and Acting-Ensign Weasley Pincher), but their strong character work consistently elevates them above mere impressions of existing Star Trek characters. Dedicated Holodeck Follies fans delight in returning each month to root for the hapless crew of the USS Albatross, and are rewarded with plot elements and character developments carrying over from one “episode” to the next.
